Sam Wolsey is an amazing wedding photographer out of Belfast Ireland. We met through this podcast, but I never would have though we would actually have the opportunity to meet each other. When he told me he was going to be shooting a wedding in my neck of the woods, I couldn’t believe it. We made plans to meet, hang, and of course record an episode of this podcast. Had such a great time getting to know this guy, he is such a great, humble and genuine dude. Hope you guys enjoy this episode, we had a great talk!

This week I asked Brandi Potter to come on the podcast and talk about her work. Brandi is a wedding photographer from Louisville Kentucky, she is in the middle of transitioning her work to Los Angeles. She has been published on Buzzfeed, Junebug Weddings, Wedding Wire as well as recently attending WPPI as a panelist. Her very distinct style, working with light and creating intimate moments with her clients has set her apart from the pack. It was really great to hear how she looks at photography, her opinions on social media and the amount of priority she places on SEO for her business.

I got to sit down this week with Wedding Photographer Marcela Pulido better known as Marcela.jpg on Instagram! We talked about how she got her start as a traveling photographer. She told us how living and working in Yosemite National Park paved the road to her future. She gave us some insight to the lifestyle by letting us in on how she packs for her trips, charges for travel, picks her flights, selects photography locations on the spot all while keeping her clients happy and marketing herself to new potential clients.
